Tight clean diet w/ minimal cheat meals, very low(if any) carbs, fasted AM cardio 7 days a week, 20 minutes of xtra cardio after weight training, and higher rep workouts.
My trainer has me on:
200 test (i'm using test cyp because I get it from CVS pharmacy) EW
350 tren ace EW
8iu's regular slin taken preworkout with basically 0 fats around the active life. ED
40mcg T3 ED
I'm getting leaner by the day, and looking fairly full. Might throw in winny when I get single digit
