yesterday....... i injected my left calf with 1/2 cc deca and 1 cc test (one shot)..........
my left calf is very very very sore................ i don't think i can even go work out...... has anybody exprience this??????

may be i injected too much????
last time i injected 1 cc on calf but i was ok (sore but could walk fine)

is this normal????
will i be ok after 2-3 days??

calfs are a bitch the first time. thats a hell of a shot for 1 calf lol. It will recover though dont worry.

so winny is good anywhere? i like going straight into the bi's, tri's and shoulders, but sometimes i bruise, was wondering if i went into the glutes or quads it would still do overall cutting??

23,23 Gauge 1.5 Inch needle will work for glutes

That will work. A 25 is sometimes hard to push gear through.
