delts dosage.

I will give a try to inject in my delts, I allways shot my glutes, what needles and what dosage is appropriate for my shoulders? Is it 250mg too much? Thanks guys!

200mg is enoug for me at one time, but you should be all right with even 250.

25g 1" for spot injections,,,I never inject more then 3cc in one spot.........
