With Test E and Eq. (undec. ester) I would say 3-4 weeks to notice it's effects...Some see them sooner and some a little later...

Yes up to four weeks you will definetly see changes, if you do all the other things right(diet, sleep, training) I suggest you to avoid overtraing because it can undermine your effort to grow.
