I could not help noticing an advert on tv about Electric-Puls Muscle builders that builds buscles...All you see is these HUGE mothers with this devices attatched on their abs etc......Do you think this stuff will REALLY work???....i doubt it, and yet, ppl buy it....I think they actually BUY body builders to advertise...lol

You are becoming very perceptive grasshopper.

They are modeled after a device used by medical practitioners to stimulate muscle after surgeries and other trauma where limbs are stationary while they are healing. The intent is to stimulate the muscle so it doesn't atrophy while the injured limb is stationary (ie. in a cast or brace for prolonged periods). It doesn't work for that either.

used it for ACL recovery on my quad, and i believe that it works for re-teaching your muscle to contract, not building muscle.


also the machine they used was huge and was used in conjunction with special gels, so i dont think a $30 product would produce the same results.
