1 - 10 - EQ 400/wk
This will be my second cycle. My first was:
1 - 7 - deca 200/wk
1 - 8 - Sus 250/wk (250mg/wk Total)
9 - 12 - Sus 250x2/wk (500/wk Total)
& PCT of course
My start are: 24, 210lbs12% BF
My goals are: endurance, vascularity, and more keepable lean gains. What do you think?
