Just signed upto this site, running my first cycle and thought I would display so anyone can reference to how mine went, I'm 29 years of age, 5 10 , 86 kg, training 10 years on off, am 18 percent bodyfat, my cycle is consisting of 250 mg enanthate pinned every 5 days, equates roughly to 320 per week, I am running arimidex alongside every 3 days at 0.5, have hcg on week 5 and week 10, start clomid and nolva on week 12, on 3000 calorie a day diet, 40 protein, 40 carbs, 20 fat, hoping to stay around 85kg mark and get down to 10 percent fat, will adjust diet at week 5 dependant on how results are coming.if I lean out too much will bulk for last 5 weeks. Any ideas would be of great help thankyou, remember my goal is more on being leaner than larger cheers guys
