I am A 31 year old male
193 lbs at about 10% bodyfat
Lifted off and on whole life and Have a few rookie cycles under my belt (all mistakes due to no reasearch and AAS on hand)
My diet is ok Six small meals a day Chicken Protein and Broccoli with a few whey Protein only shakes throught the day. I need to Increase my calories which i plan on doing by adding a 12 oz chicken breast to each one of the 6 meals i consume. My diet now is
2084 cal
376 grams of protein
186 carbs
with the addition of 12 oz chicken breasts every meal will look like this
3404 cal
664 grams of protein
186 carbs
My previous diet was set up for trimming body fat off now im looking to bulk up.
So going with a cycle of:
Test cyp 500mg ew for 12 weeks
Deca 300mg ew for 10 weeks
Promi and Nolva on hand for gyno
Pct of:
clomid: 300mg day1 / days 2-11 : 100mg / days 12-22 : 50mg
nolva: 60mg day 1 / days 2-11 : 40mg / days 12-22 : 20mg
This will probobbly be my first cycle once doctor figues out whats wrong with my pituitary, and they stop giving me blood tests 3x's a week.
