I remember watching him compete in the 1985 Mr universe on TV while I was on vacation in San Diego...funny story my cousin's husband was into lifting but did not have much of a physique...he took me to a gym that said I would be able to train there but he was refused admittance because of his lack of physique...I felt bad for him...Frances had and still has an incredible physique...he was also an excellent poser...

Classical in every sense. He is a very graceful poser which only helps showcase his physique. Really impressive to still look like that at 60.

Still impressive. He has a great structure and shape to his muscles. Was never big enough to compete with the top guys but had everything else.
