glute injection help

is it ok too inject in the glutes for a whole 10 week cycle 2 shots per week. i noticed a little hardening of the muscle. and only imagine that it will get harder if i keep injecting in the same area. will the harden muscle disrupt the distribution of the gear if, or is that common?

just rotate your glutes....left and right (so each spot a week). there is also the ventrogluteal site (do a search on it) , the quads (my favorite) and the delts to hit.

you're fine as long as your giving that spot a week between shots

I personally love quad injections. Never had a prob. just a little scar tissue here and there.

Hah...give them a "shot". I've heard great things about quad injections as well

Done them all they are all easy, just go slow on the quads as you will occassionly hit a nerve. Glutes are almost always painfree!

i love glutes im doing test e 12 weeks every fourth day just rotate..u get some hardeing and some bumbs but they are gone by the time u shoot again..and no paint realy ever

i rotate left/rite and also location in glutes. thats all ive ever done so far...will probably start to hit quads on my next cycle...

i personally like the glutes....there's not a chance of hitting a vein and you really don't have to draw back.
