I've been training for 3 years now, but I've been lifting since high school football. I was always a big guy at 6'4 270+ lbs. Now I'm a smaller big guy at 6'4 230. My goal is to get to 10% bf but I've been stuck at 14-16% for the past year. Basically my gains have been minimal at best. I've cleaned up my diet and i still can't shake the unwanted fat. My trainer is a former fitness competitor and I find myself wanting to go down that path. Any advice you guys can offer would be great.
