You are perfect candidate for a cycle 
You have low test anyway so no matter what you are fucked without test injection in the future. Continue with your cycle and enjoy it. You will blow up on 500mg test. Basically follow exactly what Magnus stated. Although I would wait a little longer than 3 weeks if you are gonna get tested again and to be put on trt. I would actually do a full pct and then wait 3 weeks after that. If it were me I would self administer your trt but that's just me. It would be easier, cheaper and more effective as you could use multiple low doses per week (such as 30mg eod).
