Hard to get Real Primo?

I was wondering how difficult it is to get real primo? I heard that almost 100% of the time it is fake. Is this true?

ampules of primo is almost impossible.......just go w/ a good UG lab....

Orbit UG is one of the only labs making legit primo...90% of all Human Grade primo amps are fake.
