Ok, a few things to keep in mind before I give you the numbers. I am a contractor (active) worked all weeked when doing my water load. I normally drink 1.5 gallons ED anyway, and worked all this week but Tuesday because of rain. I worked late monday so I trained on Tuesday just doing my warm ups on squat and bench.
Also, I gave myself 100g of CHO as I work on ladders and with power equipment so I did not want to be too groggy.
The only diuretics I took were 9000mg of vit C ED and metamucil two serving ED.
Goal:242
Saturday 2g 253 AM weight
Sunday 2g 253.5 (scale only goes to .5)
Monday 1g 253.5
Tuesday 1g 249.5
Wednesday .5g 246.5
Thursday 24oz 243@6 AM /241.5 @ 4PM
Friday ? We will find out.
