Anyone here use or have used one and have advice on which model to buy that's not super expensive etc . I see there's so many out it's crazy. Some with chest straps some without. I'm wanting a basic model cause I been a normal 90 bpm at rest and need to see how it changes throughout the day.

You can have one for free by counting your radial pulse for 15 seconds and multiplying by 4 lol

I bought one that straps around your chest and syncs with a watch. Used it once and tossed it in the trunk of my car.

I have one I use when doing hit cardio. But now you can get a Bluetooth strap for $30. Or a free app on your phone that you can use without a strap called instant heart rate monitor
