So, I've been looking into AAS for the past couple months and absorbing any and all information that I can. I'm 22 years old and I've been training naturally since about 17. Before anyone suggests that I eat more and work out harder let me just say that i eat around 4,000 calories a day and give 110% at the gym. I get my 8 hours of sleep every night. I have my 1.5 g protein/lb a day. I just can't put on any more weight! I'd say I'm a hardgainer.
As of now I'm 6'2" 200lbs and I'd estimate my BF to be between 12 - 15%. For my first cycle I'm looking to do Test E @ 500mg/week and dbol for the first 4 weeks. For PCT i'll be doing clomid + nolva. I'll have some nolva on hand during the cycle. I'm deathly afraid of gyno.
I'll probably wait til my 23rd birthday to start but until then I'm looking forward to picking your brains'
