I just came over here from professional muscle where I saw a post about this board. I have been a member of promuscle and another board for about a year and a half. Just got back to training after 15 year lay off and my weight increased to 310 from 215. Before that I trained religiously for 10 years from mid eighties to mid nineties. Started a re comp about a year and a half ago and I am down to 230 and hope to be in the best shape of my life by spring of next year. I don't post much as my knowledge is very limited compared to the many experienced members. I do try to log on to the boards daily to gain more knowledge of training, compounds and motivation.
