What does your cycle, training and diet look like?

My cycle that I did last year was as follows: 10mg Anavar, 100mg Primo then cut back to 50mg split doing 25mg every 4 days, and 20mg Nolva. Did this cycle for 12 weeks. Right now I just started taking the Anavar and have been on it for a total of 5 weeks now.

For my training I usually am in the gym about 5-6 days a week doing weights and anywhere from 30-60 min cardio everyday. I weight train about 4 days a week and usually do two muscle groups together (one big and one small). The other days I just do cardio and abs. For cardio I do both HITT and steady pace.

As for my diet I keep it pretty clean eating mostly complex carbs, proteins, fruits, veggies, and good fats. A typical day would look something like this:
Breakfast- 1/4cup Oatmeal, 1 scoop whey protein, 1/2 a small banana, and 1tbls natural peanut butter. (sometimes make into pancake)
Snack- Small Apple and handful Almonds.
Lunch- Chicken Breast, Veggies, Small Sweet Potato.
Snack- Low Carb Yogurt or 1/2cup nonfat Greek Yogurt or Protein Shake and few Strawberries or Blueberries
Dinner- Chicken or Fish and Veggies or Salad.
Snack(if hungry)- 1/2cup Cottage Cheese or 1/2cup nonfat Greek Yogurt and 1tbls Natural Peanut Butter.

Hope this info helps you..Thanks!

I would read through a few of these articles and maybe switch up your cycle according to their ideas and experiences:

There are plenty of other articles in this section, just scroll through and do a little research and you should find what will work best for you.

Also consider changing up your diet and training to shock the body and keep it constantly progressing.
