How to attach a picture

I never do it so I don't know how. Some boards have a browse button but not this one that I can see. I want to copy the license plate.

Save the file as a jpeg on your hard drive. Go to the thread, then add reply, scroll down and you will see file attachments. Hit the browse button and select the file off your hard drive.

That's strange. When I'm finished typing in a reply, I scroll down to the "add reply" button. Right above that is an entry block to put the file name in. Right next to it is the browse button. If your not seeing it I would e-mail one of the administrators.
