How to Open Iran test

I cant seem to be able to get these dam little amps open.any help

A) Get an amp opener
B) Score it with a fingernail file or a knife and snap it
C) Use a pen cap

Bump that, plus the iranian amps are very easy to open...I used to just score it with a razor blade(even though you prob. don't need to) and take a paper towel and just pop the top...

The neck should just snap off.
What Ive had to do before on some hard to open ones
(ones that would break in my hand) is hold them realy tight
in a rag or towel (whatever) Leaving only the necj exposed then give it a good tap with the but end of a butterKinfe. Not the cleanest break
But it works.

Kawasaki had the best advise for the hard to open ampules.

Definitely had many of those Galenika's break in my hands!! Them things piss me off!!

Ha it worked just popped off,
Anyone know about presealed vials that are empty,how would you fill them with opening them?
