It seems as though you lack a lot of AAS knowledge...What are your stats, goals, cycle history??

Start by reading the profiles on each drug. From there you will gain a little knowledge and can gain more particular info from there.

Couple of things to think about:
~Deca completely shuts down your bodys production of testosterone and does not convert to DHT.
~Nolvadex makes progesterone receptors more sensitive.

Come back with specific questions and/or a more solid cycle and I as well as others will be more than happy to help! Everyone starts somewhere.

Test 750mg/EW
Deca 600mg/EW
Superdrol 40mg ED
hold nolva until PCT with clomid

IMO your test needs to be higher than anything else
deca at 400mg/EW isnt doing you justice

but deca alone....lol if you were a monk
