Igf-Des

Good morning everyone! Picked up 2 vials of Igf-Des, 1mg each. I've heard about 5 different ways to take it, I've been following this forum and a great portion of you seem very educated on peptides...... any positive way to take this to get the best gains? Thank you and kind regards

I would take 50mcg split bilaterally preworkout in the muscle trained. I would also add mgf postworkout for your best chance at site enhancement. I have done this and it has worked very well.
