I can't handle injecting my delts any more.The next day I can barely lift my shoulder. Right now I use quads glutes and delts.What is better spot than delts?

I use quads for injections more than any other spot. Quads are very large and there is a lot of room for injections.

Delts shouldn't be that bad.What size of pins, and amount of AAS you are injecting ?

If your delts are too sore, you're probably hitting the same spot too frequently and with too much gear.
