Is high free testosterone bad?

Showed my lab results to a friend and he said a 31.5 level of free testosterone is too high to be healthy. I'm having a hard time understanding what this reading is for and can someone tell me why it can be bad? My total T is 1,342. Thanks

What dose are you using to get 1,342ng/dl?

what is the range 5-21 ng/dL?

Did you pull CBC, Lipids, etc?

How do you feel?

Been awhile since I checked this, sorry. I'll have to look up the range but I only tested testosterone. That was on 200 mg a week.

No you want a high free test reading esepecially if you are on 200mg test every week.

Free test is more important that total test. The higher the better especially on cycle.

You want free test as high as you can get it, since this is what the body actually utilizes.
