I personally wouldnt run it under 250mg a week.

I think 300mg per week is good. I've read some people cycle deca at 500 per week but I personally feel this is too high.

deca has worked wonders for my joints @ only 250mg/week

300mg a week is perfect . A guy should always use deca as a staple for a good cycle .

One more question guys. A buddy told me that Ineed to run test at twice the amount of deca. I planned to do 500a week of test e, should I bump it up to 600or is thatjust overkill? Thanks alot.

Overkill. 100 is not going to make a difference at that level imo
