I bet that mainly genetics as well. I wonder how much he practices. He used to go through loads of junk food so it's crazy to see he can do that vacuum at his bodyweight.

Dave Palumbo interviewed him after winning the Arnold Brazil and Morel said this year he's cut way back on all that, on the full cheat days, etc. He said he ate a lot more clean for this prep and I'd figure that played a part in him getting such a good vacuum.
