What would you choose between protein isolate and protein concentrate? What's the difference between these?

The only difference is the amount of fat and lactose in the powder.

concentrate is cheaper. but i prefer isolate due to the greater bio availability and easier digestion.

Lactase is the enzyme that breaks down lactose. . im not sure if it digests faster/slower...
