how long does it take for your lipids ....LDL AND HDL to start shifting in the wrong direction? i know everyone is different i was just looking for a general consensous.

I would think that is a personal issue that could vary greatly dependign on many factors. Hard to answer.

nolva lowers the good cholesterol and increases the bad cholesterol which is why they tell you not to take any more than you actually need during a cycle. other than that its pretty much an individual thing and everyone is different.
