Does anyone take Liver Detox supplements? and is this legit...

I've been taking Milk Thistle from the health food store,
but wondering if anyone had any liver care tips while
on a cycle? (I'm sure most just ignore it)

I don't use any, but I like living on the edge.
I've read a lot of good stuff about ALA and R-ALA and if I was taking something specifically for liver, this would definately be in my arsenal.
