Stats I'm 21 6'2 195lbs. Probably about 185 solid.
History I took a 10 week cycle of test 250 last year starting in like April. That went well, I weighed like 230 went I started and ended up at about 190 pretty solid.
Workout I do a 4 day a week routine and have been doing so for about 3.5 months. Recently I developed tendonitis in my right wrist, so I need to take it easy for about a month from what my doctor is telling me.
Info. Needed I am looking for something to take with winny 250 that will help with bulking once I have basically lifted lighter and more reps for the 1st month on winny to get my wrist back in shape. I also need to know in what increments to take the winny and how often. What form of anti-estrogen should I take along with this?
