Maintaining Gains

I just wanted to post a quick question about keeping my gain after I stop using gear? Could someone steer me in the right direction?

IMO it is crucial that you get your natural test level back on ASAP. so what you do post cycle seem to be more important than while your on.

yea, you most definitely need to do post cycle therapy. do a search on pct's. go to steroid.com and view there pct's. lot of good info out there.

After doing that , make sure you watch your diet and eat enough protein.
