MSM and connective tissue?

How does everyone feel about msm and joint pain relief .. Does it work ,At what dosage? , or just another crappy joint supplement.?

I didnt know what it was, i had to look it up. I only found it in a combo of Glucosamine + Chondroitin + MSM. Is that what you are talking about? Or can you buy just MSM?

IMO it is just another over-hyped product that isn't as productive as they claim.....
