Besides genetics if one was trying to get that look he has with his lats what Type of training routine would you recommend? I know it's genetics but a man can dream...lol.

What made this victory extra sweet is that in the history of
the NPC, no athlete has ever won 2 different age classes
and overalls in each.
Total wipeout of 138 other competitors. That is an INCREDIBLE
FEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And check this out.
The guy who won the 35+ Class D Division placed 5th in the
40+ Division........................so if MTF would have entered
the 35+..................that would have been 3 age classes and
3 Overalls. Now that's just plain CRAZY.

Thank you so much fellas..... forgive me as I'm not too familiar with the layout of this board.... didn't even know this thread was here.... crazy guys...just crazy..... I swear..... I was hoping to just crack the Top 10 in the 40+ and Top 5 in the 45... Getting my Pro card really wasn't even a thought....It was my 1st attempt at it.... I mean , I was dreaming of it lol.... just didn't think it would actually happen... it honestly still hasn't hit me yet.....
