My main goal is to get cut, and to put on some quality muscle. In order to reach my goal of getting cut, I will have to lose about twenty pounds of fat. Which would put me at 190. My end goal is to be 200-210 solid muscle. I dont plan on competing or anything, I just want to feel good, and look good. What I would like is to do it the safest way possible.The cheapest way possible would also be good.
