I would guess he is referring to Levrone. Everyone knows Lucian and Levrone were friends. Also O'Reagan turned Levrone pro and is known for doubling and tripling doses from what guys say that have worked with him. He has turned quite a few guys pro though so something in his approach works. Boston Loyd said O'Reagan put him on so much shit he went toxic in a week.
