You can cut it 1/2cc PROP, 1/2cc sterile injectable oil.

You can mix it with any other anabolics you are currently taking.

Put the vial/bottle in a dixie cup of hot tap water draw in a 23 g pin so it gets in there quick, shoot that shit. hot shower massage the area and take 4 ib profin works like a charm for me

Rotate injection sites. Use glutes,,biceps,,,delts,,etc....

my mate is on prop, it gets sore in like 4-8 hours after injection, and then the next day it hurts more.

Are you going to be using prop only ?
If its your first time then it will probably hurt some imo

For some buddies smaller doses works. The down side= more injections
