ive been trying liquid egg whites . once you get past the thought of drinking eggs its not bad. I mix it right into a shake and don't even taste it.

That's a waste of time. Egg whites ocntain an enzyme which doesn't allow the body to absorb protein. The only way that enzyme gets destroyed is by heat.
You eat raw eggs, you will just shit them out, as the body cannot absorb any of the protein.
Plus don't forget salmonella.
