Proviron or tbol dosages ?

want to start with one of these orals . but not sure of the dosages I should b taken . im 5'8" 190lbs and doin a sust 500 decca 400 cycle for 12 weeks cutting the sust out after week 9

Any thoughts on that Decca . It's a bit watery ? Have u ever seen n e thing like that
