have you retained any water? if so you can start it now but you'd have to do 50mg ed to see any benefit

day 1-80mg
day2-11-60mg
day12-21-40mg

Proviron keeps you shut down so you need to stop taking it before starting your pct.

Disagree, there is no reason not to take proviron during pct,it has no negative effect on the HPTA function or recovery.

Priviron you can add anytime,,of course at the begining would have been optimal.
