Ok guys, I've got a very good handle on what works for me but I want to try something a little different...
As most of you know I'm recovering from an ACL tear and have been out of commission on leg training since May. So my main goal since then has simply been to maintain my size and not get fat.
I started a little mini diet(8 weeks)about six weeks ago to see how lean I could get without going crazy. I've gone from 258 down to 235 and I've added some carbs back in and I'm sitting around 238 dry weight right now. Around 12 percent I'd say. My abs are visible, but I have some lower back fat too.
I'm back to training legs now, and in fact my left leg is only lagging by 2cm both at the lower quad and in the middle. It's still not quite firing right so strength is way down, but it is coming back.
So I really want to bring top condition and do my State Championship in April next year. I'm not trying to add much if any size between then and now.
I'm running a lowish dose test and npp at the moment probably up until late Nov. I'm going to cruise at that point until Jan.
THEN I want to do about a 14 week prep, get lean, grainy, and vascular. So this is going to be all about diet for the most part. The trick is I'm going to do this on WAY less drugs than in the past. I think my diet, cardio, and training are going to be the ticket. Especially since I will probably be a big light heavy, possibly smaller heavy.
So what I'm looking to do is a cycle that will add quality muscle, not quantity, slash keep muscle and improve the looks.
So here is what have to work with, and of course I can get different/more stuff if necessary but I think I'm good.

I think I only want to run 2 injectables... So test is definately one... But I won't do more than 250mg a week I think. Primo is the other one. I have literally never ran it before and I want to see what I can do with it. I don't have a ton though, 5 10ml bottles of 150mg/ml.
So here is what I'm thinking, and I'm open to suggestions please.
250mg sustanon every week
450mg primo every 5 days
dbol for first 4 weeks maybe?
finish with var and winny last 6 weeks. 90mg var, 60mg winny per day.
maybe add tren in at 100mg eod the last little bit too.
What do you think?
