I don't believe in them either....i just find the quad easier to inject since it's in an easier to reach area
 
the thought of quad injecting kinda freaks me out....seems painful as hell

Bro, Quad pops are nothing as long as you are carefull and use the right pin. I do ALL my injections with a 23g 1" pin.
