tattoo and injection

I have a tattoo on my upper left arm and shoulder and I wonder if is ok to inject through it for a delt shot. until now I have avoided this but I want to know for the future

it's def o.k. my arm is almost sleeved out with a full chest plate.all i do are pec/bi's/tri's shots.never had a problem...
