Thoughts on site injection

Is there any gear that works for site injection? I heard winny does but is there any others?

Not to be a dick but how many of these threads are we gonna run? Use the search feature and I'm sure you'll see that there's been a few of these same exact threads in the past month. And after I searched how many of these threads are you personally going to keep running???
