What is the best timing protocol to take maximum advantage of these peps?

carbs or not around injection?

What is difference on off training days?
Typical training day 5 days a week is wake up, fasted cardio or not
eat meal 1 always whey iso w/fats and carbs on some days
within an hour train w/intra pepto/karb
meal 2 after drive home about 10-20 min after training
always pro/fat meal carbs on some days
Last meal of day has no carbs
I will not do injections at the gym in in my car
