Hey everyone. I wanted to start a thread where people could respond to my articles in the newsletter, or just reach out to me in general.

I think I wrote what could be a controversial piece on training last month and at any rate I'm sure there are questions out there. The article coming out soon has a diet article in it that there could be some questions on.
