About a year ago when I first started to show an interest in PLing I tried to do sumo deads for about 2 months and it sucked. I couldn't spread my legs due to lack of hip flexibily and this lead to a disaster.
Now after working on my felxibility and working hard on my conventional I attempted them again, just using 225 mind you, but wow they felt good and natural for me this time. I had my buddy holding my hand who held a record with 617 @181 watching. To tell the truth, he didn't need to say much...they felt right.
So, I am stoked to crank it up!
