I have noticed that i get abs muscles, although i hardly trained them...Is it possable to increase muscle-size while only training it a little??...what i mean is, can roids make muscles appear that you hardly train?? ( i hardly trained my abs muscles due to a small injury i had ) tia

yeah, sometimes when your concentrating on certain muscles, the others may be trained a little. so the harder you work on the first set of muscles, the others are inadvertantly getting worked out as well.

abs mainly show bc of a BF decrease. But like texas said, when you're doing a workout, while you may not mean to train that body part, it gets incorperated in.

either way its a win win situation. roids help, but its a combo of losing the body fat and strenghting the abs (situps,crunches)

remember your abs help with alot of exercises like squates for example so they are naturally going to get bigger
