I enjoy watching various bodybuilding videos but I have never seen one this up close showing backstage etc. It's a really great watch for anyone into bodybuilding. It's Antoine Valliant and Frank McGrath and includes various other bodybuilders. The series includes training, eating, hotel room, Toronto Pro expo, backstage and a photoshoot. You can see Frank really suffers especially during the show day. The vascularity in his calves and arms in the hotel room later on is the freakiest I have ever seen. He says himself it's the most vascular he has ever been. It's a good watch if you are ever bored (lasts a long time). Here is the whole thing...
