I guess manage it is what I try to do. My kids are grown, so I am not dealing with stress like some of ya'll are. Going to the gym burns a lot of stress, and gets my endorphins going.
Try some GABA Lukifer . Seems to mello me out at 3 grams a day under the tounge . Kinda weird how it numbs also.. Like 1980 cartel coke.. I never sniffed just saw it .
Plenty of sleep and healthy stress management are tops on my list. Keeps that immune system strong too. How many times have you got sick after a really stressful time in your life? Its happened to me for sure.
