will i lose weight and trim up on winny alone

I want to lose weight and trim up. Will a winny only cycle and a lot of cardio and light weights help with this? I know I should take some test with it but if I did the winny only cycle would it still work for what I want to do?

Ok, I understand and my diet is good. My question is will I see nice results (lose weight and trim up) with a winny only cycle. I do plan on getting into morre test later but for now I need to trim up and lose weigt first. Im not huge if that is what you are wondering. Im 34 years old, 5'7 and 210lbs. I am an ex athlete and have just put on some pounds in the past 2-3 years. Any advice?

I have to agree....If you say your diet is solid then you will see some fair results depending on how you run everything. Win will probably make you tired and a little sore in the joints depending on how you cyc.
